Il TELAIO è realizzato con tubazioni COLUMBUS SL in acciaio OMNICROM a doppio spessore. Le prestazioni di Omincrom sono superiori agli acciai sino ad oggi brevettati da COLUMBUS grazie alla speciale composizione della lega e all'innalzamento delle proprietà meccaniche ottenuto grazie alla maggiore deformabilità a freddo del tubo realizzato per trafilatura.
La CROMATURA di altissimo livello è ottenuta partendo da un'accurata pulizia del telaio realizzata interamente a mano, successivamente il telaio viene sottoposto a ramatura, nichelatura ed infine cromatura, tutto questo permette di ottenere una cromatura di altissima resistenza.
La VERNICIATURA successiva è a liquido con vernice a 2 componenti di alta qualità.
Il FLATTING applicato a fine verniciatura dona brillantezza e protegge il telaio da graffi e ruggine. The FRAME is made of COLUMBUS SL pipes in double thickness OMNICROM steel. The CHROMIUM PLATING of the highest level is obtained starting from an accurate cleaning of the frame made entirely by hand, then the frame is subjected to copper plating, nickel plating and finally chroming, all this allows obtaining a high resistance chromium plating.
The PAINTING is a liquid with high quality 2-component paint.
The FLATTING applied at the end of the painting gives brightness and protects the frame from scratches and rust.
