Payments

Cicli Servadei makes available to the customers three payment methods tied to the total amount of the order.

Cash on delivery

It is known that the majority of e-commerce shoppers prefer to pay directly to the delivery. The customer can choose to pay in cash to the courier at no additional charge for amounts over 50€, under this amount will be charged an extra 5€. This service is available only for orders with shipping to Italy, while the maximum amount accepted is 499€.

Bank Transfer

You can pay easily and safely by bank transfer following the instructions in the order confirmation email. For those who have home banking, the procedure is quick and will ship as soon as we receive the transfer. We ask the customer to send us by email (assistenza@cicliservadei.it) or by fax (+39 0543 26996) a copy of the bank to speed up the verification.

Credit Card

By choosing to pay by credit card, payment will be made through the secure system of Banca Sella. The card data will be processed only by Banca Sella in order to authorize the payment online. Cycles Servadei therefore will not have access to this data and will not complete the transaction by requesting the customer card data. Once you have verified the successful completion of the transaction the customer will be notified of the order confirmation by email. The maximum amount accepted for payment by card is 399€.
