Products

Bicycles

The availability of bicycles is immediate if the bike is in the shop or in the warehouse the manufacturer, otherwise the customer will be informed about waiting times.
Bicycles are shipped fully assembled, for reasons of packaging are not mounted pedals, saddle and seat post, the handlebar turned to the side. The bike is also accompanied by the warranty of the manufacturer.
Prices are offered a discount from the list price and are valid only for purchase on-line, these prices can not be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Prices

All prices are specified in EUR and are inclusive of VAT.

Orders

• The receipt of the order is notified with the automatic sending of an email to the email address of the customer.
• The sending of the email notification for receipt of the order is made subject to acceptance of the order. In the case of non-acceptance the customer will be informed immediately.
• Some of the bikes in the store are produced exclusively on demand, so they are not immediately available. The waiting time varies depending on the timing dictated by the manufacturer, so the customer will be given an estimate of the waiting time before the payment request.
• The customer is not entitled to damages or compensation for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by lack of acceptance, even partial, of an order.
• After the verification of the availability of products in your order, we will send to the Customer a confirmation email containing the details of the payment.
  

Warranty

Cicli Servadei Web Store selects only qualified manufacturers.
The products are covered by the manufacturer warranty in the manner prescribed by the by law. The warranty is proven by the tax document that is attached to each order.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal provided for art. 5 of the Decree Law 21 del 21/2/2014, and it may be exercised within 14 days of receipt of product except in cases where the goods are custom-made or customized.
Exercise this warranty is easy, just follow these steps:

• Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 days from receipt of goods, indicating the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the number and the date of the order and the coupon issued by the carrier, in case of partial withdrawal description and quantity products that are returning. The letter must be sent to the following address:

• In any case, we recommend you contact us as soon as possible by telephone.
• The products must come back intact, placed in their original packaging complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessories: manuals, etc..) and with appropriate external packaging sealed. The shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer. Please note, products sent after the deadline at our warehouse or lacking the above requirements can not be refunded.
• In the event that the goods reach the seller/supplier damaged during transportation (to care and responsibility of the consumer), the right of withdrawal will expire.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal is necessary to indicate details of a bank account number (IBAN Code, BCI Code, account holder current), the refund will be made within 30 days. after receipt of the returned product. Any non-standard shipping costs incurred by the customer to receive the order and all the services associated with it will not be reimbursed. Once the product arrived at our warehouse will be examined for any damages not caused by transport.
